Auctioneer Don Cotton will host a live auction, Friday from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm, featuring handmade crafts, quilts, wall hangings and lap robes from Good Shepherd's Lady Crafters. It's a great opportunity to bid on unique, handmade gifts prior to the holiday season. PH0TOS

The public is encouraged to bring the whole family and come hungry! The festival will include German-style food and drink, crafter's exhibits, live and silent auctions, garage sale, bake sale, children's carnival and live entertainment.

Proceeds from the annual festival, which is in its 18th year, will be used to raise money to create an endowment program to provide scholarships for students attending the Good Shepherd Lutheran School.
